A Cabernet Sauvignon that is complex in flavors, yet smooth and well balanced. The wine is elegant with delicious plum and current fruit. A wine with rich aromas of coffee - chocolate, and a hint of vanilla. This is a wine with soft tannins that provides a soft smooth finish. The cooperage complements but doesn't overwhelm the fruit. Drink now through 2018.
